9 Aug, 16 Aug and 23 Aug, 2010.

HOW TO ENROL

By PHONE:

You may telephone 1300 826 884 or 0404 870 984 and put your name down for a program, but we can only hold your place for 5 days until it is paid for.

 

ONLINE:

You may register for more information online by emailing info@creativewealth101.com.au


By MAIL:

Fill in the attached enrolment form and send it with required payment (cash/cheque/money order) to:

Cheques or money orders can be made payable to "Creative Wealth 101" and must be received, 3 days before the start of the program.


By DIRECT DEPOSIT:

Please call the office on 1300 826 884 or email info@creativewealth101.com.au to obtain bank deposit details.

You will still need to fill in the enrolment form and mail it to the above address with deposit details.


REFUNDS:

No refunds given unless a medical certificate is provided, and a $15 administration fee will be deducted.

No refunds given once the program has commenced.

Full refund will be given should Creative Wealth 101 cancel a course.

*Creative Wealth 101 reserves the right to cancel a course, as all courses are dependent on student numbers.
